OTIS – Pet of the Month for April 2014 (adopted!!)

UPDATE: OTIS FOUND HIS FOREVER HOME!!!

Otis is a special needs dog.  He was turned into the Vet’s office to be put down by his owners, because they could not afford the ongoing medical treatments Otis needs.  He has seizures, that can be controlled by medication, but routine blood test can be costly.  Otis is looking for a new home with someone who is willing to take on his medical condition and give him the time and love he needs!
